Make pasta with an Italian! Learn the perfect ratio of flour and eggs, as well as essential resting and kneading techniques. Practice rolling out thin, even pasta sheets and shaping them into beautiful noodles. Bring your own cookie sheet to take pasta home to dry. Frank will also share some other recipes with you.
