Participants will learn the basics of Louisiana flavors – (it’s not all cayenne pepper!) Explanations of Cajun culture, techniques, and ingredients. Beginners welcome! We will always end our sessions by tasting our creations! Bring a friend or spouse! Fun for all.

Apr 30 | 6:00–8:00 PM Have you been thinking about making sourdough bread, but just never got around to it? Then this is the class for you. Cassandra will explain the steps and show you what it should look like at each stage. Plus you will leave the class with mini loaf of already made sourdough and a sourdough starter, so you can then make it at home yourself.
